Throughout his career, Marcus has worked across operations, management, systems and data — understanding processes, business rules, indicators and the problems that arise when information is fragmented or does not keep up with the company's questions.
That experience shaped the way of working that guides Datapex today: before deciding on a dashboard, automation or technology, you need to understand the problem, structure the business logic and only then build the solution.
The result is an approach that connects business context, data and technology to create solutions that people can actually use, explore and evolve.
